About Us
Emerging Leaders Ministry
Emerging Leaders is a ministry for young adults ages 18–24 who are passionate about growing in their relationship with God while building authentic community.
Our mission is to develop spiritually mature leaders who are biblically grounded and culturally relevant, equipping young adults to live out their faith with purpose and impact.
Rooted in our anchor verse, 1 Peter 2:9, we believe we are called to reflect Christ boldly and make a difference in our generation.
Through discipleship, fellowship, service, and leadership development, Emerging Leaders exists to help the next generation grow in faith and step confidently into God’s calling.

Who it's for
Emerging Leaders is designed for young adults ages 18–24 who want to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ while building community and discovering purpose.
College students
Growing in faith while navigating school, identity, and purpose.
Future Leaders
Young adults who desire to lead, serve, and make an impact for Christ in their generation.
Current 5-Week Series: Boots on the Ground
Learning to boldly live and share the Gospel.
Boots on the Ground is a 5-week discipleship series currently taking place in Emerging Leaders.
This series focuses on learning and applying the evangelism tool known as the Romans Road — helping young adults confidently understand, communicate, and live out the message of salvation through Scripture.
Throughout the series, students are equipped to:
✔ Understand the biblical foundation of salvation
✔ Learn how to confidently share their faith
✔ Apply Scripture in real-life conversations
✔ Grow in boldness and spiritual maturity
✔ Practice practical evangelism in everyday life

Jae Stafford
Young Adults Leader · Church LYFE
Jae finds her greatest joy and identity as a daughter of the King and the mother of Judah. Having come to faith in Christ at a young age, she has been blessed with the opportunity to serve God and His people through a variety of leadership and ministry roles within the local church, as well as through both domestic and international missions.
Passionate about God’s Word, Jae is committed to teaching others how to understand and apply biblical truth in their daily lives. Her desire is to see people walk in the abundant life that Jesus Christ secured through His death and resurrection.
Through her love for Christ and dedication to serving others, Jae seeks to inspire individuals to grow in their faith, embrace their God-given purpose, and live boldly for the glory of God.
