Roles Description

Event Coordinators


Creating an annual plan and tracking for all-church events including promotion, budget, securing contracts and permits, staffing, layout, planning, executing and debrief. All-Church Events includes: Easter, Harvest Festival, Christmas Experience, Friend Day Experience, Staff Retreat, Marriage Events, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and more.

Act as a consultant with other ministries as needed for their events.

Effective management of the event budget and relevant documents for ChurchLyfe



Advertising Assistance


Must have marketing knowledge and experience.  Instagram and Facebook preferred.  The position will organize and coordinate the social media work with the other ministry leaders. He or she will develop a strategy and make sure branding and messaging are consistent. The time investment is significant, likely 10 hours a week.
